Hear ye, indie fans. The kingmakers are holding court. Pitchfork Music Festival returns this weekend, regaling us subjects with another princely sized lineup. Blog royalty (Sleigh Bells, Local Natives), indie-rock kings and queens (Panda Bear, St. Vincent), and court jesters alike (this year's debut comedy stage) converge on the Union Park lawns. OK, "royalty" metaphors aside, there's an awful lot to enjoy here, as usual. Modest Mouse, LCD Soundsystem, and Pavement headline Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, respectively. Other sure bets include Robyn, Liars, Big Boi, and Girls.

Note:

Festival passes and tickets for Saturday and Sunday are sold out, though a limited number of tickets will be made available July 15th. Friday tickets are still available.
