“Dance Center of Columbia College Chicago proudly welcomes the Margaret Jenkins Dance Company for their presentation of Light Moves, a collaboration between celebrated dance choreographer Margaret Jenkins and critically-acclaimed multimedia artist Naomie Kremer. The stage transforms into a sculptural space as dancers work together to embody, and describe, cycles of light by creating a relationship between the movement of the dancers and the vivid animations over which they display. Light Moves also features the Paul Dresher Ensemble and poet Michael Palmer. This production opens on February 9 and runs nightly through Feb 11th.”
