Terms and Conditions
General
* By making a submission to the 'Rehearsal Project' you hereby accept these Terms and Conditions.
* For the purposes of these terms and condition 'partners' refers to the partners of 'The Rehearsal Project' made up of Flavorpill, Granta and The School of Life. 'Short' refers to a film or animation short.
* Amendment. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting notice thereof.
* The Partners of 'The Rehearsal Project' maintain the right to remove or disband the project at any point without notice.
Nature of submission
* The short must in some way be based on the theme or concept of 'Life as Performance'.
* The short must not contain any content that would be rated more restrictively than 'R'.
* The short must be up to and no longer than three minutes in length.
Submission
* Submission of shorts will only be accepted in the form outlined in the submission details.
* Submissions must be received before 1700 GMT on 21st July 2009.
* The Partners retain the right to refuse entry to 'The Rehearsal Project'.
Use of submissions
* By uploading and/or submitting a short, you hereby grant the Partners the right to display the short on their websites or through related digital media for a reasonable amount of time in relation to 'The Rehearsal Project'.
* The Partners of 'The Rehearsal Project' understand that they hold no right of ownership or copyright to any films or animations that are submitted.
Decision of the winner of the 'Rehearsal Project'
* The judges decision is final. The judging panel will be announced in due course.
* There is no monetary or other distinct 'prize' as winner of 'The Rehearsal' project.
