Jennifer Lewis is a painter and illustrator. She grew up mostly in Maine, spending her free time chasing small animals in the woods and drawing. In 2000, she graduated from RISD with a degree in illustration, and she currently resides is Boston. Her images are both humorous and dark, based on dreams, fairy tales, and childhood imagery. Often, her works depict a strange obsession with meat and sweets.
