His photographs are the result of his interest with unfamiliar places, many of which illustrate the relationship between a society and its landscape, but from the viewpoint of an outside observer. Stephen enjoys single malt scotch, pearl-snap western shirts, station wagons, and Animal Collective. He currently lives in Santa Barbara, CA.
