Prepare for Passover with Evan Kleiman, host of KCRW’s “Good Food” and former owner of the much-missed Angeli Caffe, and Sean Sheridan, Executive Chef of the Skirball. Enjoy a sumptuous Italian-inspired Passover meal that reflects the bounty of the spring garden. The meal will be served family-style, and wine will be available for purchase. Haroset: dates, dried Turkish apricots, oranges, raisins, nuts, spices, romaine lettuce
Pesce en Carpione: Sautéed white fish marinated with caramelized onions, in a mustard-champagne vinaigrette
Pollo Arrosto: Chicken cooked in garlic, rosemary, and lemon
Tortino di Azzime: A “mazzagna” of vegetables and fresh tomato-basil sauce
