Korean food is in renaissance mode, in large part thanks to the talents of Seoul-born, New York-raised Chef Hooni Kim. His attention to detail will make Hanjan's multi-course multi-course meal, created for the Conde Nast Traveler Global Tasting Tour event, a feast you will remember. Each dish will highlight an ingredient imported directly from an artisanal Korean farm expressly for this menu, such as the coveted and rarely available Wagyu-style akaushi beef. This extraordinary meal is paired with beer and small-batch Korean spirits, some never before served Stateside. When he comes out to greet you, make sure you ask Chef Kim about the origins of these unique, hand-selected ingredients.
