The Brooklyn Folk Festival will feature the best in old-time string-band music, folk, blues, song writers, jug band, bluegrass, traditional Indonesian, Andean and Balkan music, and much more!

Workshops and Film Screenings:
1pm Banjo Toss - The famous banjo throwing competition. Win a free banjo!
2pm Georgia Style Fiddle Workshop
3pm Film: Musuo Song Journey – Documentary about unaccompanied singing among a non-hierarchical tribe in mountainous South Western China.
4pm Films by Alan Lomax Films with hosted by Nathan Salsburg, curator of the Lomax Archive
6pm Film: "Musical Holdouts" - a film by John Cohen, followed by Q&A with the filmmaker
