Charles Bradley definitely is in the second camp, but with the Daptone release of his 2011 debut album, "No Time for Dreaming," the 65-year-old singer has caught fire. It will only get hotter with his latest album, "Victim of Love." Tonight, he returns to Brooklyn to play the Music Hall of Williamsburg.
