A Q&A with one of Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People, Chef Rene Redzepi
Chosen as one of Time Magazine’s top 100 most influential people of 2012, Danish chef Rene Redzepi is widely regarded as one of the most adept culinary masters in the world. His restaurant Noma has been voted the best in the world on more than one occasion and received not one but two Michelin stars in 2008, so it’s fair to assume that this guy knows what he’s talking about when it comes to preparing and enjoying food. For the release of his latest cookbook, A Work In Progress: Journal, Recipes and Snapshots (Phaidon), Redzepi sits down with editor of Lucky Peach Chris Ying for a Q&A with the illustrious chef.
