Whether you know him as the Brooklyn Chowder Surfer, Doktor Klaw the man who sold lobster rolls illegally, or as the host of Cooking Channel’s Hook, Line, and Dinner, Ben Sargent is most definitely passionate about his seafood. Tonight, Sargent celebrates the launch of his debut cookbook, THE CATCH: Sea-to-Table Recipes, Stories & Secrets with the folks at powerHouse Arena. An homage to the locals he's encountered on seashores around the world, the book contains fish tales as well as 100 recipes that are sure to get you stuffing, grilling, roasting, frying, smoking, and baking fish to perfection in no time. In addition to libations, the party includes a conversation between Sargent and food writer Peter Kaminsky.
