This is accessible yoga for:
people with tight hamstrings
people who have to work until 7 or even 7:30pm
LGBTQ people and people that like those people
drunk people (not at the moment but in general)
people who don't own anything made by a luxury athletic wear company.
This class is friendly and simple, and has some short, easy breathing exercises that are very relaxing, as well as a brief meditation. We will say the word OM. If you don't want to say the word OM, I highly recommend you say something else that rhymes with OM (home? gnome?) so you can get the benefits of the nice vibrations in your head. I will make sure we have some music too.
I'm very new at this so I will definitely be learning on the job, just like you, and we can make some jokes and have fun and end our Monday in a nice way. Maybe we can drink some cider after, or have a snack.
