Learn how to make La cuisine de Magritte

Burmese-born conceptual artist Elaine Tin Nyo, who broke down a half pig as part of an exhibition she had at Postmasters Gallery in 2011, sets her sights on Magritte for her latest food-related project. For Edible Magritte, which MoMA is billing as a class, Tin Nyo teams with chef Lynn Bound to translate the surrealist's work into food. Over the course of the evening, various plates are presented and discussed in relation to the artist's paintings. Come dessert, you should not only have experienced a very unique guided tour of the exhibit, but you'll also find yourself be quite full.
