Director Randy Moore's debut is groundbreaking guerrilla cinema
Few companies are as rabidly paternal about their image as Disney. It seems unlikely then, if not utterly impossible, that they would ever allow a horror film to be shot on the premises of the crown jewel of their empire, Walt Disney World. They didn’t, and yet, one such movie does in fact exist. When 2013’s Escape From Tomorrow debuted at Sundance, audiences could not believe what they were witnessing: an explicit and mind bending psychological horror film shot guerrilla style in Disney World without permission of any kind. For the San Francisco premier, director Randy Moore will be available for Q&A via Skype.
