The Found Footage Festival has two requirements: 1) Footage must be found on physical format. No YouTube. 2) It has to be unintentionally funny. Whatever it's trying to do, it has to fail miserably at. And, by following these two simple guidelines, the Found Footage guys have crafted an encyclopedia of hilarity. Featuring the fitness instructors, celebrity PSA-ers, and puppeteers of our youth, the series is a triumphant celebration of '80s and '90s VHS culture, and an excellent reminder of just how awkward the VHS decades could be. Tonight, the festival’s founders, Nick Prueher and Joe Pickett, stop by BAM to present take viewers on a live tour of their latest line-up of found clips, as well as provide where-are-they-now updates on the folks featured.
