You can't really go wrong with two guys who really like early 70s Stones and Velvet Underground.

An experiment in making pop music with an early 1970s feel has turned into a full-time gig for Sam France and Jonathan Rado, otherwise known as Foxygen. With songs that call to mind The Stones during their period spent living in France, the Velvet Underground's last two albums (the ones without John Cale), and a dose of psychedelic noodling, the band is pretty likely to appeal to just about anybody who collects garage rock records, wears a lot of denim and/or paisley shirts, and other assorted indie rock folk.
