The Gluten-Free Awareness is going west! Our San Francisco stop will include dozens of gluten-free food and beverage samples from local and national gluten-free food manufacturers, live chef demos and presentations from celiac disease experts. San Francisco's own Lisa Lam, specialist in Chinese medicine and Acupuncture, will give a fascinating presentation concerning demystifying Chinese medicine and celiac disease. Executive Chef of World Gardens Cafe, Ravi Harryram, will be giving a gluten-free food demo that will be scrumptious! Author of the gluten-free cookbook "The Warm Kitchen" and creator of "The Family Chef" blog, Amy Fothergill, will be discussing tips for gluten-free cooking and baking. Join us for a day of gluten-free food and fun! Admission is $10 for adults, a two-day pass is $15 and children under 12 are admitted free.
