LA's first juicery on wheels serves high-quality, organic freshly-made juices all around the city.
The guys at Juicebox have tapped into LA’s love for juicing and food trucks with the recent debut of their 100% sustainable biodiesel truck providing made-to-order, über-healthy juices. After debuting in April at Coachella, they're now zipping around LA offering their juice blends made with fresh, organic local produce. Founders Robert and Robbie are a testament to the benefits of Juicebox juices – if you visit their truck, you’ll see that they both radiate good health. Each juice is packed with nutrition and value. Selling for $7, each 16 oz. serving is made with three pounds of produce and is, of course, free of any additives. The Beachbox, perfect for a hot summer day, is a refreshing blend of coconut water, key lime, fresh ginger, and ice, while the oh-so-verdant Kalebox (kale, spinach, celery, green apple, lemon, and ginger) is perhaps their bestseller. Mint lovers will enjoy the Mojitobox (cucumber, spinach, green apple, lime, and mint), while the Spicebox (carrot, golden beet, red pepper, cilantro, and red jalapeno) has a discernible kick. They also sell the Beetbox (beet, carrot, Fuji apple, lemon, and ginger) and the Citrusbox (orange, carrot, golden beet, lemon, and cayenne). The Juicebox truck can be found across from LACMA, on Abbot Kinney Blvd., around USC, and in multiple Downtown locations. To find out when they’ll be in your part of town, follow them on Twitter and Instagram @juicebox.
