The Los Angeles Visionaries Association (LAVA) gathers creative people in search of a different experience of life in Los Angeles. The creative consortium continues its series of monthly salons at Clifton's Cafeteria, where adventure-seekers are invited to dine, socialize, and listen to curated talks. This edition features talks with Darrell Rooney, co-author of "Harlow in Hollywood," about Jean Harlow, the movies' first blonde bombshell; and Marc Chevalier, discussing James Oviatt, haberdasher and early proponent of Art Deco in LA who left his legacy to LA via the beautiful Oviatt building, home to the breathtaking Cicada.
