A carnivore's delight: a week of beef, pork, poultry, & seafood specials at BLVD 16.

BLVD 16, adjacent to Westwood’s beautiful Hotel Palomar, celebrates National Meat Week with an entire week of daily meat specials. Carnivores can partake of Monday’s Chipotle Barbecue Pork Salad with sautéed baby spinach, bell pepper, mushrooms, and fennel, while Tuesday’s meat offering is a Tennessee Barbecue Brisket Burger on a pretzel bun with jicama slaw. Wednesday’s special is Baby Back Ribs with Kansas City barbecue sauce and a double baked potato, while on Thursday you can partake of Smoked Short Ribs with Texas barbecue sauce, potato leek puree, Brussels sprouts and baby carrots. On Friday, get Barbecue Chicken Pizza topped with Kolbi barbecue sauce, red onions, red bell pepper, and chives. Saturday’s Lexington Barbecue Pork Belly is accompanied by turnip puree, roasted sweet potatoes and pears, and Sunday’s New Orleans Barbecue Shrimp is made even tastier with jalapeño grits. Blvd 16 has carefully selected craft beers, many of them from California, to enhance each dish.
