West Hollywood's Eveleigh introduces its winter cocktails.
Eveleigh in West Hollywood is an elegant bar and restaurant with a country-influenced charm. A major enticement is the roaring fireplace - especially welcoming when we Angelenos find ourselves shivering on these 50-degree winter evenings. Known for some of the best cocktails in the city, they’ve just presented their new seasonal cocktail list. The Befuddled Julep features wonderfully wintry flavors in this remarkably tasty concoction of chai-infused bourbon, house-made Satsuma orange marmalade, and mint. The easy-drinking Bergamot Sour blends bonded bourbon with Earl Grey-infused amontillado sherry, lemon juice, cane sugar, and orange essence. The Rose and the Woodbine Twine is a well-balanced medley of Auchentoshan Three Wood Single Malt, Lepanto PX Solera Brandy de Jerez, Olorosso sherry, and Benedictine. Any of these drinks are fantastic with the Eveleigh’s scrumptious truffle fries.
