We aren’t quite sure what comedian John Oliver and musician Ahmir “?uestlove” Thompson have in common, but we’re eager to find out at this event which also serves as a 10th birthday party/fundraiser for youth literacy program, 826NYC. In addition to Oliver and ?uestlove, the evening features what we expect to be enlightening one-on-one conversations between filmmaker Ken Burns and author Kurt Anderson; New York Times columnist Anand Giridharadas and Russian author Masha Gessen; and humorist Jon Ronson and actor Chris O’Dowd. Robyn Hitchcock is also stopping in to perform, Fred Armisen is making an appearance, and comedian Eugene Mirman and author Sarah Vowell, have been enlisted to host.
