Paradise awaits tonight at this uber cool launch party for what is being billed as the "most pleasurable publication to hit newsstands in ages." A bi-coastal magazine that celebrates art, music, style, culture and tomorrow's stars, the publishers have invited DJ's Neon Music of Youthquake and Artist JxMarie to spin retro dance tunes while photographer Katherine Finkelstein snaps candids of the crowd. Many of those gracing the rags 202 ad-free pages, including Miss Coney Island 2011 Lefty Lucy, fashion photographer Spencer Kohn and JJ Brine & Lena Marquise are expected to be in attendance.

Paradise Magazine, the most pleasurable publication to hit the newsstands in ages, is throwing a launch party on April 14th from 8PM-4AM at Tropical 128 in Lower Manhattan. In tune with Paradise’s spirit, the event will be free and include enough tropical décor to warm your Monday night.
DJs (& Paradise contributors) Neon Music of Youthquake and Artist JxMarie will be spinning retro dance tunes all evening as photographer Katherine Finkelstein documents the event for future generations. Beautiful print copies of Paradise will be for sale within, while digital downloads will be given away as party favors to each guest.
Based in New York with strong ties to California, Paradise Magazine celebrates art, music, style, culture, and the genius minds behind tomorrow’s stars. It’s debut issue, “A Bicoastal View,” consists of 202 ad-free pages featuring over 50 contributors from NY and CA, including Paradise founder & editor B.B. Gunn, fashion photographer Spencer Kohn, Museum Hack founders Nick Gray & Mark Rosen, Miss Coney Island 2011 Lefty Lucy, and JJ Brine & Lena Marquise of The Labiancas & Vector Gallery (many of whom will be in attendance).
