If anyone knows how to strut their stuff in this city, it’s drag artists and gender activists the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. The Sisters, who have been donning cornettes since 1979, are as renown for their fashions as for their prolific and often controversial activism. For Project Nunway V, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence once again grace the runway with some of the most outrageous and imaginative outfits you’re likely to see ‘till the next time they take the stage. The gala will be hosted by Jane Wiedlin of The Go-Go’s and Sister Roma, the Grand Marshal of San Francisco Pride 2012. Which Sister will prove to her peers to be the most indulgent of all? Find out at Project Nunway V: Dissident futures. And don't miss out on the after party; it's free if you attended the gala!
