Go hog wild at this walk-around tasting in Wythe Hotel's beautiful banquet hall and outdoor garden where you'll sample a number of outstanding prosciutto dishes, enjoy Italian Vinissimo wines and specialty cocktails, and learn a thing or two about the aging process and carving techniques by a prosciutto expert.
