Chef Kenneth Collins (formerly of Ida Mae’s and Gospel Uptown in Harlem) presents the Renaissance Gospel & Jazz Brunch at MIST Harlem. Delectable all-you-can-eat buffet Breakfast Station, Market to Table inspired Salad Station, and Lunch Station selections:
Breakfast Station—omelettes and waffles station with your choice of bacon, mushrooms, broccoli, goat cheese, asparagus, peppers, spinach, ham, turkey sausage, cheddar and swiss cheese.
Salad Station—chef’s shrimp and mango salad; trio potato salad; garden salad with tomato and cucumber; and fruit salad.
Lunch Station—chef’s famous lemon herb chicken; salmon cakes with lemongrass remoulade; and coconut lime leaf rice.
A much in demand arranger and pianist, Nat Adderley Jr.’s work as Musical Director with Luther Vandross earned him a Grammy nomination. The scion of famed jazz family (father Nat was trumpeter in a group led by his uncle Cannonball), he’s returned to his jazz roots. Sets at 12, 1 and 2 pm.
