In Ibiza, he is the resident DJ of Circoloco at DC10, the party that has been defined as being number 1 in the world. He has become a must see for all of the DJ’s and people of the island. With the Circoloco World tour, he has played in the world's largest capitals, throughout Europe, America, Australia and Asia. Mass Prod is a musical project focused on electronic dance music, mainly performed through DJ sets and live acts. Raw drums and futuristic, ‘out-of-space’ harmonics are the signature sound, a never-ending research on how to push the dance floor experience a bit further, somewhere else…someplace new. Fast or slow, harsh or mellow, the aim is to get a hypnotic communion, a tribute to the power of our bodies vibrating at the same speed. The music as an unconscious way to bring back memories from our past and bring to life a new way of understanding present changes. Since the first live set in 2003 at link (bologna), Massprod’s music has been hosted all around Italy and Europe, hitting North and South America. Currently a resident at the house Mecca, DC10, the underground heart of Ibiza, and in Fiesta Privada, Tenax. He’s also a regular guest at the most important Italian clubs and festivals, also guest at Watergate (Berlin), Rex (Paris), Matter (Fabric-London), Sankeys (Manchester), Zukunft (Zurich)
At the age of 19, Mirus moved to the U.S where the pre Giuliani decadence had a profound effect on his vision music and clubs. After a couple of years in the US his curiosity took him to Paris, starting a new job as a flight attendant working on the Concorde, travelling to the different continents of the world.
His down time was spent crate digging in the seminal record shops of New York, Chicago, Tokyo and London. By night he would dance to the likes of Frankie Knuckles, MAW and Derrick Carter in clubs such as Yellow (Tokyo), El Cielo (NYC) and more recently the new order of Fabric (London), Watergate (Berlin) and The Edge (Sao Paulo). Mirus' musical guise was fast developing as he traveled, which lead him to the decision of taking the next step and share his passion with the crowds. Through these experiences, he collected a vast knowledge of Electronic music that drives his DJ sets and production work, today.
In 2001, he moved to Barcelona, where he settled into building his own stronghold of house and techno. Mirus also founded his own record label, Indigo Raw. He also helps run Irishman Sian’s label, Octopus.
