You always hear people talk about how there's nowhere good to really gaze at the night sky in Manhattan, but they aren't looking in the right places. If you want to see the stars, planets, and Moon, go to the High Line to peek through the high-powered telescopes of the Amateur Astronomers Association of New York, and chat with the experts about the sights you see. Stargazing at the High Line takes place every Tuesday, starting at dusk.
