From a 1980's collection of early Tim Burton and Phil Hartman, cult-favorite comedy Pee-Wee's Big Adventure plays at the next edition of SummerScreen. This hilarious, albeit bizarre, movie follows Pee-wee Herman (Paul Reubens) on a cross-country adventure dotted with unforgettable characters like Large Marge (the truck-driving ghost) and Pee-wee's Big Shoe Dance ("Tequila!"). Balancing Pee Wee’s act at the free film/music/food truck mash-up are indie rock bands, Oberhofer, Lodro and Bueno, who all perform short sets before the film.
