Please join us to celebrate the appearance and display of this important publication.
DigitalFusion and DCA Fine Art are pleased to announce the publication of a new and remarkable series of limited-edition prints based on artwork by Carl G. Jung, one of the fathers of modern psychology. The exhibition features images from the sequence of 77 prints culled from C. G. Jung’s Liber Novus and realized with DigitalFusion's state-of-the-art digital technology. Liber Novus, "The Red Book," was produced and compiled by Jung as a personal "illuminated diary" of his dreams and interpretations, which began in 1913. The limited-edition series has been created with the cooperation of The Foundation for the Works of C.G. Jung in Zürich. The original Red Book is currently on view in Venice, Italy, as the centerpiece of the Venice Biennale’s critically acclaimed show “The Encyclopedic Palace.” Forty separate reproductions from Liber Novus ring the display of the book itself. These pages were replicated especially for the Biennale by DigitalFusion, using the same technology now employed in the production of the new limited-edition print series. DCA Fine art is available to lead press tours of DigitalFusion’s innovative capture facilities and to coordinate interviews with those at DigitalFusion responsible for creating prints so remarkably faithful to the original images from The Red Book.
