The Amoralists go Southern Gothic.
By now, the Amoralists and their resident playwright Derek Ahonen have perfected a winning formula of outlandish premises, massive casts and eccentric humor played out by a motley crew of misfits. The highlight of their latest show is the huge leap forward in production design - an elaborate, massive two-story gothic Savannah mansion covered in hanging moss dominates the stage, allowing for simultaneous action in every haunted corner. The story concerns an inn run by an old Georgian family with plenty of sinister supernatural tricks in store for their unassuming guests. Posession, voodoo and murder; it's a fun night out.
