Tipsy Tapitas is a 16 course tasting menu created by Chef Sandra Cordero to highlight her sensibility in creating the perfect little bite.
The beautiful decor and lounge feel of bar Chloe inspired her to create a tasting menu which doesn’t need a knife to eat, but rather embraces an easy tapas style while still maintaining a refined technique.
The $65 menu includes such tapitas as:
Olive Tostada with Pisto and Quail Egg, Roasted Cauliflower and Saffron Soup,
Croquetas the Jamon, Swiss Chard leaves stuffed with Morcilla Sausage and Apple and The Cordero: A mini Lamb burger with on a Pretzel Bun with Saffron Aioli. Chocolate Ganache Cake with Tipsy Fig,
Homemade Turron and Night Owl Espresso Ice cream to finish off the menu.
