Pop culture fiends, New York magazine’s Vulture.com has put together a weekend-long shindig celebrating all the things you love most: television, music, art and film. Using Milk Studios as its home base, the inaugural fest features cameos by Adam Scott of Parks and Recreation, Billy Eichner, Deadwood writer David Milch, Rufus Wainwright, costume designer Jenn Rogien, Mike Birbiglia, and more. Among the activities planned are a trivia night that pits cast members of Orange is the New Black against New Girl and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, a songwriting session with Tony Award-nominated composer Jason Robert Brown, a gallery crawl with Jerry Saltz, and a screening of film festival hit Fort Tilden followed by a Stella Artois reception. M.I.A. and Solange are also getting in on the act with a concert at Webster Hall, and most events come with free drinks at the Vulture Lounge. It's shaping up to be pretty epic if you're into today's latest and greatest cultural offerings.
