This 8th annual celebration of Mexican food and Latino-owned vineyards in California, Mexico, and places beyond will be held at one of LA’s most iconic buildings: Downtown’s Union Station. This food-and-wine-pairing event features over 30 food stations from LA-area restaurants, along with wine stations from over 30 vineyards, and is expected to attract 1500 attendees. The elegant, festive evening will include a VIP reception, all the food you can eat, all the wine you can drink, dancing, and live entertainment. Another great reason to attend: all proceeds will go to AltaMed Health Services, California’s top nonprofit healthcare system that provides medical care (including primary care, health and human services, and programs for seniors) to the underserved and needy. Enjoy food from such local eateries as Lotería! Grill, Homegirl Café, El Tepeyac, El Cholo, Setá, La Casita Mexicana, and Porto’s Bakery & Cafe, along with wines from such vineyards as Encanto Vineyards, Alex Sotelo Cellars, and J. Lohr.
