“Cirque du Soleil shows appear exclusively at MGM-owned properties, so when Steve Wynn wanted one for his resort, he had to get creative. In true Wynn style, the discerning-yet-crafty mogul went straight to the top, and convinced acclaimed former Cirque director Franco Dragone to create a Cirque-like show for him at the Wynn. (Dragone is the brains behind four wildly popular Cirque productions, including two here in Las Vegas — O and Mystère — and he worked with Celine Dion on A New Day at Caesars Palace, as well). French for "the dream," Le Rêve is a thrilling display of dance, acrobatics, bravery, and amazing strength. Just be careful when purchasing tickets — they don't call it "the splash zone" for nothing.”
