“It's not that we have something agains wine pairing dinners — we love them, really! — but there's something about a beer pairing dinner that really makes our mouths water. Is it the use of hops and barley instead of well-aged grapes? We're not exactly sure — but beer dinners like this one rarely disappoint. The vibe is more relaxed, yet the food is just as complex — and tasty. We'll definitely drink to that.”

Lagasse's Stadium at The Palazzo Las Vegas will present the Samuel Adams Brew Master beer pairing dinner on Friday, March 2 at 6 p.m. The menu is priced at $55 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity) and will include the following courses and pairings: Stacked onion ring salad with baby arugula tossed in basil pesto vinaigrette, shaved Parmesan cheese and sun dried tomato aioli; Irish Red Mini beef slider with balsamic braised red onions, blue cheese and port wine ketchup served with truffle shoestring fries; White Water IPA Herb crusted blue crabmeat stuffed Portobello mushroom with creole glaze; Alpine Spring Grilled swordfish on green onion rice with ham hock black bean chili and sweet cherry pepper relish; Mighty Oak Ale Puff pastry box with vanilla bean mascarpone cheese and mixed berry compote and fresh whipped cream; Chocolate Cherry Bock.
