Take a lint brush to your zoot suit and polish up your spats, because the London Jazz Festival might actually revive our city's cool. Fear not for a lack of shrapnel in the pocket, as many of the festival's best shows are free — Kinetika and the London Jazz Quartet, for example. However, if you're feeling a little flush, then check out legendary pianist Chick Corea, flamenco master Paco de Lucia, or whiplash drumming and abstract electronics from the duo of Steve Reid and Putney lad Kieran Hebden. Don your trilby, polish your clicking finger, and witness a few fire-breathing soloists blowing their hearts out.
