Milky Disco is the cosmic dance sound propagated by Norwegian downtempo-dreamers-turned-house-heads Lindstrom and Prins Thomas. Like trance's hipper, more intelligent younger brother, the movement begs, borrows and steals all the sounds, synths and bass lines it can find to recapture euphoria for a new generation. Turning out tonight to show us they mean business, Hans-Peter Lindstrom himself drops electronic epics from a laptop for five hours, while Prins Thomas is in support with the discs. Meanwhile, in room two, Padded Cell's Rich Sen offers a selection of funky disco drum breaks and dark electro-riffs that always makes for superior booty-shaking.
