After the commercial success of artists such as Rob Ryan and Richard Sweeney, paper continues to be the medium du jour. In this age of recycling and reuse, paper artworks serve to highlight the material's durability while discouraging a throwaway culture. This exhibition unites the work of three young Royal College of Art graduates who explore paper's versatility. London-based Sarah Bridgland creates miniscule, 3-D collages from colourful scraps that appear to explode from the barrels of model soldiers' guns, while Sam Messenger's monochromatic, pen-and-ink reproductions are equally intricate. Finally, Larissa Nowicki weaves narrow strips of printed paper to form strangely beautiful, rug-like pieces.
