Patrick Marber's hilarious Dealer's Choice returns to the West End for the first time since the play's premiere in 1995, when it was voted Evening Standard's Best Comedy. Six characters, desperately trying to escape their dreary lives, are driven to the table's temptations and play their hands in a high-stakes poker match. Marber is best known for his play Closer (adapted for the screen in 2004), though he also has written for classic comedies such as Knowing Me, Knowing You and The Day Today. Dealer's Choice is the first instalment of Marber's trilogy on London life.
