Since mid-September, the Photographers' Gallery has been encouraging members of the public to submit their unearthly, weird and downright terrifying images to an online database. This archive of haunting images will then be compiled into a vast, web-based montage by the artist Helen Marshall. On 31 October, Marshall herself holds a workshop at the Photographers' Gallery to demonstrate some of the techniques she uses to add that extra degree of spine-chilling spookiness to her own work. All the images created during the macabre master class will then be included in the online gallery.
