Write Side of the Brain is an opportunity for an artistic binge. The event includes six readings from new talent fresh from the Royal Court's young-writers programme, plus film screenings, poetry readings, staged plays, and a dance performance. Though it's a lot to take in — and you probably won't enjoy absolutely everything you see — for a fiver this has to be one of the most economical ways to get your monthly art intake.
