Brazilian artist Rivane Neuenschwander stages a characteristically magical show at the South London Gallery. In line with her inventive use of found objects and interior space, Neuenschwander's site-specific Suspension Point cuts right through the gallery's main exhibition room, dividing it into two floors. On the upper storey sit enchanted microcosms — piles of dust from mountainous lands, a projection that creates an array of 1,001 moons and water droplets that fall into a lake, mimicking rainfall. Meanwhile, on the floor below, visitors are encouraged to negotiate the temporary wooden scaffolding that intrudes into the white space, now almost devoid of light.
