A walk through the streets of La Paz, Bolivia, reveals a staggering number of homeless shoe-shine boys wearing ski masks to protect their dignity. Photographer Phil Clarke-Hill spent time working for community newspaper Hormigón Armado ("Reinforced Concrete"), which operates similarly to The Big Issue — the boys sell copies to supplement their shoe-shine income. Clarke-Hill's portraits of lustrabotas at work are on display alongside copies of the paper in order to raise awareness of their plight.
