You Me Bum Bum Train must surely take a top gong for originality: participants are strapped into a wheelchair and then pushed around a fairground-style ride that's part Crystal Maze and part life-changing experience. Kate Bond and Morgan Lloyd's inspired installation features more than 70 costumed performers during the 25-minute journey; "experiences" on offer include a Bar Mitzvah, a driving test and being saved by a fireman. Before the tour starts, a stiff dose of rum cocktail the Ritual builds the Dutch courage of the be-wheeled.
