The first UK show by Moscow Conceptualists Igor Makarevich and Elena Elagina explores the form and hallucinogenic properties of magic mushrooms. The couple, who have been exhibiting together since 2002, paint using fractured psychedelic colours to rip apart society's conventional views on memory. The exhibition, inspired by Russia's often-ignored avant-garde, also includes Vladimir Tatlin's Monument to the Third International sprouting spore-like from the cap of a fly agaric mushroom and a collection of photomontages exploring the fungal motifs of Moscow's 20th-century architecture.
