Chocolate Delight's weekly workshop at the Queen's Club is sheer indulgence for those with the sweetest of teeth. The two-hour course kicks off with a look at chocolate's evolution from cacao bean to Cadbury before launching wholeheartedly into the main event: truffle-making from scratch. An experienced chocolatier guides punters through the whole giddy process, including fillings, dipping into decadent Belgian chocolate and packaging. If that still isn't enough to satisfy, a silky brown fountain is on hand to dunk into throughout.
