Red Gate Gallery's An Act of Happening examines the artistic process through student work from the Camberwell College of Art. The show focusses on the process rather than the final product, including the extreme levels of fear and anticipation that can be part of the creative act. In addition to the trials of art-making, the diverse selection of drawings, sculptures and paintings also captures the exhilaration of impulsive creativity and the physical pleasure of construction, as experienced by a range of innovative and promising artists.
