Now in its fifth year, this New Cross Monday-night comedy institution rarely fails to disappoint mirth-seekers. On stage tonight are playwright-turned-stand-up Trevor Lock, whose surreal anecdotes were honed over several years of appearances on Russell Brand's various BBC Radio shows; former roadside café owner and BBC Three Comedy Shuffle star Brian Gittins; and twisted campster Paul Foot, whose oddball tales have won him everything from a Perrier Award nomination to a slot on Rob Brydon's Annually Retentive.
