The annual Images of Black Women Film Festival returns to the Tricycle this weekend. Proceedings begin with Kasi Lemmon's Talk to Me, which stars Don Cheadle as '60s talk-show host Ralph "Petey" Greene. Rachel Wang and Mark Currie are on hand for a Saturday Q&A about Afro-Saxons, their look at five Afro hair salons preparing for the Black Beauty and Hair Awards. The festival also showcases winners from its short-film competition and concludes with Cousines, a Haitian film about friendship and survival.
